  • 6:00 am: Your Delhi Day Tour by cycle starts early in the morning along with your fellow tourists. Meet your tour at the Karol Bagh Metro Station. Now we venture further on your tour.
  • 6:45 am: After you reach the Qutub Minar Metro Station, your guide will get you a bicycle and proceed towards the Mehrauli region. From henceforth, you admire the surrounding ancient monuments at a slow enriching pace.
  • 7:00 am: Your first stop is the ancient Tomb of Balban. An exceptional monument dating back to the 12th century, the tomb belongs to the Mamluk ruler of Delhi Sultanate, Ghiyas ud din Balban. 
  • It is considered as the first domed structure depicting the Indo-Islamic architecture in India. This imposing stone structure that left a mark in history will also be a notable highlight of your Delhi Tour.
  • 7:30 am: Next on your day trip is the primeval Tomb of Shams ud-Din Iltutmish. He was the most effective ruler of the Mamluk Dynasty. Flaunting Turkic architecture, the tomb is bound to mesmerize your senses. 
  • 8:00 am: Ride on your cycle towards the next stop that is called Sanjay Van Forest. Locals believe it to be haunted but don’t worry, this folklore won’t hinder your experience. Sanjay Van is one of the prominent green lungs of Delhi City.

  • 8:45 am: Now you have reached the magnificent towering remnant of Qutb Minar. Known as the largest brick minaret in the world, it was commissioned by Qutb Ud Din Aibak as a victory tower. It stands at a height of 72.5 m and exemplifies the surroundings in all senses.
  • Within the Qutb Complex, you will also come across various other notable structures such as Alai Minar, Alai Darwaza, the Quwwat ul-Islam Mosque and the spectacular Iron Pillar. Don’t forget to click enough pictures to accommodate for a lifetime.
  • 9:00 am: Further on your Delhi day tour, your next stop is the Rajon Ki Baoli. This mysterious stepwell dates back to the Lodi Dynasty of the Delhi Sultanate. A regular spot of locals and lovebirds, it is believed to be haunted and hence closed during the night.
  • 9:15 am: Now, it is time to visit the second last destination on your trip, i.e. the Jahapannah Mosque. Located within the fortification of the ancient city of Jahanpannah, it was built the Tuglaq dynasty.
