About Sardar Government Museum
The Sardar Government Museum is located in Public Park (Ummed Bagh), Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. The museum is named after Sardar Singh, a maharaja of Jodhpur, and was constructed under the reign of his son, Maharaja Umed Singh. It was built by Henry Vaughan Lanchester in 1909 and formally opened to public on 17 March 1936.
The Government Museum houses around 400 models, 10 antiquated engravings, a great many smaller than normal artistic creations, earthenware work of art, old coins, metallic articles, arms, stuff toys, stone figures, engravings and different incidental items which are basically surprising.
Inside the exhibition hall region, there is an all-around supplied library and zoo. There is a different history area for military memorabilia which displays instruments, weapons, commemorations, metal, and wooden models.
