Ornate Hindu temple within the City Palace complex, it is devoted to Lord Krishna. According to the legend, the idol of Lord Krishna here looks exactly like that of his incarnation on earth. It is believed to be made by the Great Grand Son of Lord Krishna name Brajanabh. One of the most religiously significant places related to Lord Krishna is one of the seven temples of the Thakur of Vrindavan. Quite popular for its seven types of aarti in a single day, thousands of pilgrims visit the temple every day while the number rises during the Janamashtami festival. The seven aartis include Mangla, Dhoop, Shringar, Rajbhog, Gwal, Sandhya and finally Shayan. For more than 400 years the shrine is well preserved, with a blend of Indian and Mughal architecture. The temples are prominently surrounded by lush gardens and houses intricate paintings portraying Hindu Mythology.

18th century Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna which is located in the City Palace complex. One of the most spiritually significant temples in North India, it was built by Maharaja Sawai Man Singh. The temple is home to grand celebrations during the Janmashtami festival.
