The Saty Narayan Ji Temple in Nabha is a famous, sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Vishnu and located on the North of India, at Nabha in the state of Punjab. The temple is an important pilgrimage destination for many Hindu traditions, particularly worshippers of Krishna and Vishnu, and ‘‘Char Dham pilgrimages that a Hindu is expected to make in one's lifetime. Even though most Hindu deities that are worshiped are made out of stone or metal. Deity of This Temple is made of Stone. The temple was built in the 18th century. This temple is 217 years old on date 27 May 2015. The temple is famous for celebrating Janamashtmi festival. On the occasion of Janamashtmi, the temple is decorated. Jhoolaah is made for Bal Gopal and is celebrated at night 12 AM. The temple is famous for its annual Ratha Yatra, or chariot festival, in which the three main temple deities are hauled on huge and elaborately decorated temple cars. Since medieval times, it is also associated with intense religious fervor. The First Ratha Yatra was held on 25 August 2014. The temple is sacred to the Vaishnava traditions and saint Ramananda who was closely associated with the temple. It is also of particular significance to the followers of the Gaudiya Vaishnavism whose founder, Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, was attracted to the deity, Jagannath.

Porbandar Bird Sanctuary is situated in the Porbandar District of Gujarat state, India.It is the only sanctuary in India, which lies in the heart of city of Porbandar and is a unique example of co-existence of man and nature. It is the only bird sanctuary of the Gujarat that provides legal protection to varied species of birds which nest here. Porbandar Bird Sanctuary is the smallest bird sanctuary spread over in an area of 1 square km. The sanctuary has a lake attracting migratory birds and other birds such as teals, fowls, flamingos, ibis and curlews

Gir National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary, also known as Sasan Gir, is a forest and wildlife sanctuary near Talala Gir in Gujarat, India. It is located 43 km (27 mi) north-east of Somnath, 65 km (40 mi) south-east of Junagadh and 60 km (37 mi) south-west of Amreli. It was established in 1965, with a total area of 1,412 km2 (545 sq mi), of which 258 km2 (100 sq mi) is fully protected as national park and 1,153 km2 (445 sq mi) as wildlife sanctuary. It is part of the Kathiawar-Gir dry deciduous forests ecoregion.The 14th Asiatic Lion Census 2015 was conducted in May 2015. In 2015, the population was 523 (27% up compared to previous census in 2010). The population was 411 in 2010 and 359 in 2005. The lion population in Junagadh District was 268 individuals, 44 in Gir Somnath District, 174 in Amreli District , and 37 in Bhavangar District. There are 109 males, 201 females and 213 cubs.Gir National Park is closed from 16 June to 15 October every year. The best time to visit it is between December and March. Although it is very hot in April and May, these are the best months for wildlife viewing and photography.

Sakkarbaug Zoological Garden
Sakkarbaug Zoological Garden also known as Sakkarbaug Zoo or Junagadh Zoo is a 84-hectare (210-acre) zoo that opened in 1863 at Junagadh, Gujarat, India. The zoo provides purebred Asiatic lions for the Indian and the international endangered species captive breeding program for the critically endangered species. Wild free ranging Asiatic lions have become extinct over most of Asia and are today found only in the nearby Gir Forest.
