Chaudhary took upon himself as not only giving livelihood to the youth and the women of this community but also teach them how to make deals, practice trade, and business and strengthen their self-esteem as well as individuality.

Even though his business was growing like wildfire, and booming all the way, Chaudhary made sure to inculcate more skills into weavers that would make them independent and help them improve their lives. Along with professionalizing, he made sure to connect to every one of his weavers, trying to make sure and understand their woes and providing solutions that were not only helpful for the weavers but also for the company.
