Kunj Bihari temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna, and the second is the woman who devoted her life to worshipping him - Meera Bai. This is the famous temple located inside the city of area of Jodhpur old town and very popular among the locals.

While not as famous as some of the other temples in the city, the Makrana stone and Chhitor sandstone construct is architecturally notable for its gate and for the soaring central shrine. Sheesh Mahal means Glass palace, is situated within the compound of Mehrangarh Fort is the glass palace of Jodhpur, popularly known as Sheesh Mahal. This magnificent piece of architecture is adorned with walls of mirror work that stretch across ceilings and to the floors. It is superimposed by the mirror work of brightly painted religious figures cast in plaster.

These decorative ornaments are complemented well with the brightly coloured paintings of various religious figures made in plaster.

The numerous decorative panels show deities like Lord Brahma, Lord Shiva and Parvati, Lord Krishna playing the flute, and Lord Rama among others showing the strong influence of religion and culture on the art of the time. The ceilings and floors are inlaid with mirrors, earning the room the title of Hall of Mirrors. The blue, green, silver, and gold ornaments suspended on the ceiling as well as the grand European chandelier are later additions to this hall. Mehrangarh's Sheesh Mahal was the bedchamber of Maharaja Ajit Singh who reigned over Jodhpur between 1679 and 1724.

Ranisar lake is inside old Jodhpur city. They are twins lake Ranisar and Padamsar lake. Located near the Fateh Pole in Mehrangarh, the Ranisar and Padmasar are adjacent lakes that were constructed in the year 1459.

Ranisar Lake was built on orders of Queen Jasmade Hadi, Rao Jodha's wife while Padmasar Lake was ordered by Queen Padmini of Rao Ganga, daughter of Rana Sanga of Mewar.

Umed Gardens in Jodhpur is one of the well known lavish scenes of the imperial city. Spread on a zone of 82 sections of land, the renowned garden was created by Maharaja Umed Singh. The wonderful garden has five separate sections. A stroll in the rich environs is invigorating and this is one of the famous tourist spots of the regal state. 

The verdant magnificence is owed to its green gardens with excellent roses and prepared blossoms. Additionally inside the nurseries, is a gallery, transcending Ashoka trees, imaginatively planned wellsprings, library, and a zoo. 

Emissary Willingdon of the British Raj had initiated the zoo. The zoo is home to Tigers, Lion, zebra, Ostrich and an Emu. Monkeys are likewise observed swinging from trees. A 'Stroll in Aviary' in the zoo was built on the nursery in 1978. The aviary houses various sorts of flying creatures, neighborhoods, ducks, African and Australian parrots. It was built by Maharaja Sardar Singh (1880-1911) from whom the market takes it name. In fact, the tower dominates the entire scenario. Beside the tower, there is the Sadar Market that is frequented by tourists on shopping spree. From this market, tourists can purchase Rajasthani textiles, clay figurines, miniature camels and elephants, marble inlay work and classic silver jewellery.

Situated on Masuria slope in the midst of the Jodhpur fundamental city, Masuria garden is one of the best and celebrated nurseries of Jodhpur. Most striking component of the nursery is that from here one can see the excellent display of the city. Perspective on blue houses in the midst of the brilliant desert hues the cityscape. The nursery is very well known among the lovers on the grounds that here one can see a centuries-old sanctuary devoted to Baba Ramdev, a neighborhood divinity.

Maharaj Durgadas Ji Rathore (Durga Das Ji Rathore) (13 August 1638 – 22 November 1718) is credited with having preserved the rule of the Rathore dynasty over Marwar, India, following the death of Jaswant Singh in the 17th century. In doing so he had to defy Aurangzeb, a Mughal emperor.

Durgadas was the son of Askaran Rathore, a Rajput minister of Jaswant Singh, the ruler of Marwar. He was a distant relative of the royal family, being a descendant of Karana, a son of Rao Ranmal.

The Sardar Government Museum is located in Public Park (Ummed Bagh), Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. The museum is named after Sardar Singh, a maharaja of Jodhpur, and was constructed under the reign of his son, Maharaja Umed Singh. It was built by Henry Vaughan Lanchester in 1909 and formally opened to public on 17 March 1936.

The Government Museum houses around 400 models, 10 antiquated engravings, a great many smaller than normal artistic creations, earthenware work of art, old coins, metallic articles, arms, stuff toys, stone figures, engravings and different incidental items which are basically surprising. 

Inside the exhibition hall region, there is an all-around supplied library and zoo. There is a different history area for military memorabilia which displays instruments, weapons, commemorations, metal, and wooden models.

Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park, spreads over 72 hectares, near the historic Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. The park contains ecologically restored desert and arid land vegetation. The park was created in 2006 to try and restore the natural ecology of a large, rocky area adjoining and below the fort. It was opened to the public in February 2011.

The area in and around the park contains distinctive volcanic rock and sandstone formations. The park includes a Visitors Centre with Interpretation Gallery, a native plant nursery, small shop and cafe. There are four trails (yellow, green, red, and blue trails), about 880 m to 1115 m long, that visitors can take and trained guides and naturalists are also available.

Toorji ka Jhalra is the world famous step well of Jodhpur, its geometrically attractive advance well (otherwise called a baori or wav) has been restored after decades as a garbage dump. Its spotless lines and clear, fish-filled water will leave you entranced. It's an extraordinary spot to simply sit and watch, and the appended bistro includes further motivator for a little while.
