WELCOME DRINK

SATTU KA SARBAT

Sattu is powdered baked gram, a high energy giving food and this is usually mixed with cold water, cumin seed, and lemon.

APPETIZER

CHANA GHUGHNI

Boiled black chickpeas, sorted with onion and tomatoes and spices served with “Chuda ka bhuja” (flattened rice).

ALOO KA CHOP

Mashed potato mixed with garlic and fried till crispy brown.

COMMON VEG MAINS

SATTU KI KACHAURI, BAIGON KA CHOKHA, ALOO KI SABJI WITH TOMATO CHUTNEY

Kachauri is a deep fried flatbread which is made using wheat flour and baked gram flour which is kneaded with spices into round spicy balls and fried to perfection! Served with tomato chutney, mashed roasted brinjal and potato dishes.

BESAN KI SABJI

Square pieces of besan (gram flour) cooked in a tomato, onion and ginger-garlic paste gravy.

PARWAL BHAJJI

Parwal (green vegetable) shallow fried with cumin, ginger, and other spices.

CHAWAL – ARHAR DAL

Steamed rice served with boiled roasted pigeon peas dal tempered with clarified butter, asafoetida and cumin seeds.

ADDITIONAL NON-VEG

CHICKEN CURRY

This chicken curry is made in Bihari style, almost similar to normal chicken curry. Made in mustard oil with Indian spices, the curry is served with rice as well as roti.
